It is my pleasure to write a letter of recommendation for Jason Genck. I have worked beside Jason for the past three years at the Willamalane Parks and Recreation District and have found him to be extremely knowledgeable, highly motivated, and someone who conducts himself with absolute integrity.

As the Director for Park Services I often find myself working in tandem with Jason to provide solutions to issues that affect both parks service and recreation staff.  It is a pleasure to have him lead a group with confidence and compassion into a resolution that is both fair and supported.

Jason is excellent in getting product out of process. His vision for his subordinates is articulated in a positive manner that promotes buy in from those involved. He also sees the needs of the community and represents their interests fairly and passionately to all. Jason prepares judiciously for his public presentations, always conducting himself in a positive manner. 

I admire Jason for the qualities I have listed but I respect him most for the way he treats others. I have never heard Jason speak negatively of anyone.  His ability to find and champion the good in every person is a rare and enviable characteristic. This behavior alone gives Jason the trust and respect needed to direct effectively.  

I know that given the opportunity and challenge to lead Jason will not disappoint.
