Please accept this memo as a Letter of Reference for Jason Genck, nominee for
the APRS Board of Directors
for the NW Region.
While
pursuing his career at the Buffalo Grove Park District, Jason proved to be a
reliable, creative, and energetic staff member.
He did an exceptional job on his assigned responsibilities.
For example, Jason oversaw the transformation of a struggling “golf
indoor driving range” into a thriving sports center.
He also was actively involved in the planning and start up of a variety
of facilities including the renovated
In addition, Jason has gone out of his way to help others exceed their goals.
Jason could often times be found volunteering side by side with other
staff on community events, as well as just helping coworkers get their work
done. He encouraged and motivated everyone he worked with and reminded everyone
that our job should focus on having fun while providing excellent services.
Jason’s character and his commitment to the profession make him an excellent
candidate for the APRS Board of Directors. He
will excel as a Board Member because of his ability to perform at the highest
levels, and his willingness to help others succeed.
